Isaiah Harris knows what it’s like to be working class in Pittsburg... because he is. His struggles are your struggles.
For the last seven years, Isaiah has worked over 50 hours a week at the Mall Deli, saving every paycheck for what should be simple: a down payment on a home. After years of hard work, he finally bought his first house, right here in Pittsburg.
His fiancée runs a licensed in-home childcare service, so Isaiah knows firsthand how tough it is for families to find affordable care while staying afloat. He grew up poor, even experienced homelessness, but he made it through thanks to the strength of this community. He earned a degree from Pittsburg State and stayed rooted in the place that raised him.
Now he’s running for City Commission to fight for working people. Isaiah wants a Pittsburg where families can afford a home, raise their kids, and build a future. He believes in fixing what matters: safe streets, affordable housing, and accessible childcare.
Isaiah Harris is a working man, running to make life better for working people.
